Nothing
is more important to a CEO than ideas and
strategy. We need input and a reliable
sounding board. However, being a CEO is a
lonely job.
The President’s Roundtable is a monthly
opportunity to share, confidentially with
your peers, the issues and possibilities
for your business.
An experienced facilitator guides the
meetings in the direction required by the
group dynamics and issues. Each member is
placed in a roundtable group with
similarly sized businesses and with no
competitors. We have noticed that although
the group meets once per month, the
members quickly form successful
friendships and alliances. It is very rare
to find a member who is not quickly
benefiting from the association with their
peers outside of the formal meeting.
You may also choose a group that may
expect more or less accountability from
it’s members. We suggest that
accountability is one of the strongest
factors for success that CEOs are not
likely to obtain outside of their
roundtable.
Once you have experienced the group for
a few months you really will wonder how
you previously functioned without it.
